Today’s meal 2018.5.27 しゃりまのたまねぎスープの再現 見た目はかなりそっくりだし美味しいのだけど、やはり本家のような甘みが足りない。あそこまで甘くない。 まあでも企業秘密のレシピなのだろう。素人が簡単に作れたら商売上がったりだろうし。 あととても時間がかかる。圧力鍋を使わなかったので1時間半近くとろ火で煮込んだ。 でも玉ねぎの柔らかさはほぼ同じ！再現率は70〜80%くらいかしら。 #food #onion #soup #onionsoup #しゃりま #しゃりまのたまねぎスープ作ってみた
