What You'll Need
1 C. dry elbow macaroni, cooked in boiling water
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
splash of worcestershire sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 T. ketchup
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It
In a skillet over med. high heat brown the ground beef and drain the grease. Stir in the onion and cook till tender, 4-5 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium and stir in the chili powder, garlic powder and a splash of worcestershire. Add the tomato sauce and ketchup, combine well and taste for seasoning of salt and pepper. Stir in the cooked macaroni and combine well just before serving. Approx. 4-5 servings
