Fitnessmessengers is a Fitness-Motivation Initiative focused on changing people’s lives by making simple and sustainable Lifestyle changes. We have a realistic approach towards fitness where we believe that each individual needs to exercise for minimum 20 mins a day, at least 4 days a week. This needs to be complemented by Balanced and Portion Controlled Meals.
We facilitate these transformations by inculcating the habits of Exercising and Eating right. We also believe that wellness is a Long-term goal and not just temporary Weight loss/ Weight gain done through Crash diets, hence we also educate our clients through our “Get - Fit Workshops” which helps them understand the basics of fitness and its relation to right nutrition and active lifestyle.
We do Online Workouts that the users can join from the comforts of their home, office, or any location. These are guided sessions with 2 Coaches, where one Coach focuses on showing the correct form and posture for a particular exercise and the second coach oversees the participants and helps them correct their forms as required in addition to the needed push and motivation.
As a part of this program, we also focus on the following areas:
-Wellness Talks: These are information sharing sessions where we touch upon the basics of fitness and its practical implication on their health. These sessions also help in spreading the right awareness which helps the users make the right decisions about their eating and lifestyle choices.
- Lifestyle and Meal Consulting: Post-trial, we connect with customers to understand their lifestyle and meal patterns and suggest the required changes. We do not suggest any crash diets, but simple changes which customers can manage at ease.
- Meal Tracking: On a daily basis, we connect with customers to track their meals and make suggestions wherever required. This helps them be consistent with their meal plans.
