That’s straightforward enough to be going on with, despite the fact that the Vice-Commanders rank higher than the Commanders in this particular case. That can be made relatively clear in context, at least. And the equivalence of 大 统 领 to 大 将 or possibly, specifically in Meng’s case, to 都 督, or of 都 督 to 帥 in most cases (maybe), well we’re just going to IGNORE ALL THAT.
