I wouldn’t mind this weekend being over.
This patient had myocarditis from a chemo drug. He was devastatingly sick and would go asystolic randomly. We ended up having a fantastic electrophysiology cardiologist come and do a bedside rescue. He floated a pacing pa catheter and we were able to run the patient to the ep lab to get a pacer placed. 🥵.
