Bauxitornis is an Opposite bird known from part of the foot, coming from the Csehbánya Formation of Hungary, living in the Santonian age of the Late Cretaceous, about 85 million years ago. Given that it is only known from part of the foot, it is very difficult to say much about this genus. It showed some similarities to Soroavisaurus and Avisaurus, which probably indicates it was a somewhat large, robust, raptorial bird, using large talons to catch and handle prey.

How can I go about getting disability if I have BPD? Work has become torture for me, and try as I might I can't get any other employment. I spectacularly fail any sort of personality test they give me. I'm also afraid I won't get enough money to pay my bills. Can you offer any insight?

The process for getting disability varies from country to country and from state or province so I can’t really help you with specifics, but I can suggest that you google a local disability advocacy network in your area and they’ll be able to walk you though the process.  That’s what I’m currently doing.

In BC, the process is a three part application where you fill out one part, your GP/family doctor fills out the second part, and then an “assessor” (which could be your family doctor still or it could be a psychiatrist, psychologist, case manager, etc) fills out the third part.  Then you submit it to the government and they assess your finances (you’re only allowed to have a certain amount of money in your bank account and you’re only allowed to have a certain amount of financial income to be eligible) and then they either approve you or decline to provide you disability.  I assume the process is similar elsewhere just maybe some details will be different, so again, a disability advocacy group will be able to help you navigate that process.

Disability isn’t very much money, unfortunately, so it will likely be hard to pay bills. In some places, the disability funds only cover rent, and some disability programs require you to do very stressful job search requirements which can actually worsen your mental health.  So talking to an advisor to figure out if this is the right course of action for you would likely be the most helpful thing I can think of.
