Loved the writing, loved the song, i think i fell in love with chan. The descriptions were really well made, especially when you describe the ball gowns and men in black, and the swimming pool in the moonlight. I coul picture it perfectly!
I was i need of some soft high school fluff, while i reminisced about my own hs days😢

You've made me a sadist! I loved the ending of checkmate, especially not knowing during the whole fic where the people who disappeared went, and then learning at the end what truly happened was shocking in a good way~ i lived for the build up
SADIST. please i wrote the other checkmate aus to cope because killing everyone off and leaving only one person behind to bear the survivor's guilt just took a toll on me in the long run?? because i kept imagining how i'd feel if that happened to me kdjsfk

I just read bruise lee and i have to say i really liked it, only it got me wanting to read the date though😩 So count me in for taglist, as for the taglist of any checkmate universe fic! (I'm way too invested in this universe now.) Also, i had a question: were Jisung and the reader in a relationship during checkmate?

about han and mc, in my head, they were/are? like of all the pairings there, they were the closest to being a "confirmed" couple back in checkmate. bruise lee (along with every other au connected to CM) is set in a parallel world where they didn't d-word pft. in the last scene of this fic (which is set after the supposed events of CM), they're already a couple so they became official some time after checkmate but before bruise lee.
