Body update photo 👻 As of late, I've taken a break from doing any kind of intense exercise. I feel like my body is in a healing/hibernation mode and that has called for a super clean diet (fruits and vegetables only) and light exercise (rebounding, light indoor cycling, walking, and yoga). I've been averaging about an hour of light activity daily, combined with lots of lounging and sleep. In my opinion, diet plays the biggest role in how your body will look and function. Take care of yourself in the kitchen and move your body daily to get the results you want, naturally!
