As I was reflecting back on the interview with Mastin and reviewing my notes I had taken. It occurred to me. I truly uncovered my purpose and my power through helping and serving. When I was 25 and had no idea what I wanted to do. I recall sitting on a chair in my apartment in Hancock Park sad and frustrated trying to answer my own question. What is my passion? What am I going to do for the rest of my life? It was awful. I was very frustrated, sad, angry and felt hopeless. What I did next was jot down all the things I like to do. At the top of my list: 1. Helping Other’s. 2. Meeting new people. The second time I found myself serving was through charity work I was invited to participate.
