There is this new anxious thing I do where I just bite the inside of my lip when I get upset. And it’s gotten so swollen that when I eat I accidentally bite it. And that hurts a lot. Bites need to be cautious and I can’t promise that kind of precision while eating. So I’m in this cycle now where I don’t eat because of my anxiety for two reasons now and my body hates me a lot. Whatever, dude.
