I found the flaw to Barely! I finally found it! Okay, you ready for it. Like really ready for it.
He doesn’t own a cell phone. Proof of this. Their mom’s reaction is to call Ian but sees his phone broken. She makes no move to call Barely. Also, the boys left her a note rather than have Barely call her. Lastly, the boys never brought up the fact their dad to talk to mom on the phone.
So, in short Barely owns no cell phone and you wouldn’t be able to reach him at any time. You’d have to go on a quest to find your boyfriend when he wanders off in the wild do to Quest of Yore references.
“Ian! I lost your brother.” Panic calling. “We were in the park and he saw something that reminded him of Quest of Yore but I needed to pee and when I came back he was gone!”
“Again! That’s the third time this month.”
“I know! We really need to get a locator spell for this guy.”
Listen, I don't know Barely's sexual orientation but I'm totally saying I'd date a history nerd that's as supportive and creative as him. He's amazing
And now, since I have written about Ian’s ending... in this essay we shall explain how wonderful Ian allowing Barely to be the one to say goodbye truly is/was.
Okay, so...
Let us all have a small Barely on our shoulder to remind us it's never a good time to learn a new skill or try a new thing or write that book.
But you just gotta merge! Merge and do it !
