|| Mocha Love Horse ♦ 2026 ||
This girlie might be one of my favorite customs I've made so far. Dark brown + pink is a slept on color combo!!
This was a "stock box" project, meaning I went in without any concrete design ideas except for general colors in mind.
She is available for adoption on my mercari!
My first ever lps custom!
As I said before this is Dodie’s cat :) It was really fun to look up all the references, I never say no to good kitty pics
Started this last weekend, first the paint wouldn’t come off at all. As I had to engage in capitalism during the week it was paused for a bit but as soon as I had time again I finished the rest within a day
I would say I am pretty happy with it considering all the malfunctions that came along the way, including our spray varnish first clouding and then the can almost exploding. But Mr. super Clear is already ordered and I have high hopes for it. There’s definitely a lot I learned on the way like patience is key in this (very hard), milliput is amazing (the whole ears were chewed up before) and my hands are more shaky than I remember. There are a few paw prints from me on there but mainly due to the varnish not drying properly because of the high humidity.
I think she will grow on me over time, I tend to be very critical of my own art right when I finished it.
My hands are already tingling to make the next one, this time I even dusted my desk!
my first ever ooak (photo of what it looked like before)
I just finished my very first repainted LPS!
(she's also my first custom doll of any kind!)
