Day 9 of #gettoknowme is #lessonlearned - and one thing we've learned from (and changed) is our event setup! . With over 1000 map options and a standard space of 6'x4' at a craft show, we quickly ran out of room for our maps! . The only thing to do in that case was to learn to build up. We went to local Ottawa business Roy Sims Display and built ourselves a new structure that you see on the right. . Today's #gettoknowme is #studioforreals - so here is a glimpse into our studio (AKA our living room!). . Steve and I both love going to see our favourite bands live - and we love to take home a tour poster when we can. We have a whole wall of memories from our favourite shows - from The Rolling Stones in Quebec City to The Hold Steady in Brooklyn to The Creeps right here in Ottawa. There are a couple of "last shows" in there as well with The Ergs! in NJ and North Lincoln in Michigan. There's even a lose-your-punk-cred band in there if you can find it (no shame in my game). .
