okay, this episode of broadchurch really sort of confirmed my ideas about the killer being Joe.
For one, in that scene at the end, where Ellie is searching for Tom's laptop, Joe looked really panicked and angry when he walked in, then, when he shut the door, there was this really dramatic drop in the music - and I know that could just be a red herring, but it seems a little weird.
And also, who looks similar to Nige? Joe. Susan might not be lying, but instead genuinely thought she saw her 'son' and turned him in to 'protect' him, and others around him.
I also really don't trust Tom - I think he might have been bullying Danny and pretending they were friends to his parents.
But, why would Nige have said to Dean that Mark knew about the hunting trips? And what happened on the boating trip?
