i have Many. these r just the ones i could list off the top of me head
they're stuck in this sort of purgatory between living and rotting- their limbs fall off frequently, but given enough time to reattach without much movement, they would gradually heal and stick on without outside help - unfortunately, they're impatient and can't sit still for that long, whoops!
this is sort of how they learned how to sew- they're not very good at it, bc their hand-eye coordination is really messed up, and they only ever use it on themself, but they can do it well enough!!
compared to the others, they actually remember very little about being Isaac- only the most prominent details. they're sort of a walking identity crisis because of this- they don't remember their name (hence why they sign their death note as ???), and 'blue' is just a nickname given to them by the others (a little on the nose, but they love it!!)
they got stuck in the chest doing something really dumb. not sure what it is, but it was stupid and probably a dare, rest assured
they tend to attract creepy crawlers- even insect based bosses take a liking to them!!
their presence is a little difficult to adjust to for the others, but once you swallow the feeling of looking your own body square in the eyes, it's not so bad!
they only have wings sometimes- usually, they wake up with em, and they just rot away by the end of the day, but they're fun while they last!!
they love pranks of any and all variety. they cope with making people viscerally uncomfortable by virtue of existing by doing a little trolling <3
they can't speak bc their head falls off so frequently- the most noise they can make are little wheezes and laughs, but given enough time (and maybe a little duct tape) they'd be able to heal it enough to start relearning speech (again, they simply don't Feel Like It)
they're startlingly loyal to anyone who'll let them stick around, like a fucked up golden retriever <3
rigor mortis has made facial expressions rather difficult for them, so often their face just gets locked into a single position, and they have to manually nudge their features a little
