So I never thought of myself as a person that lacked integrity. If you in my circle and I care about you I will ride for life sometimes to my own detriment. In reading the Oola book I have realized I lack integrity to myself. I expect perfection from myself and if I don't do it perfect I quit. Last week was rough and I fell off my routine I promised to myself. Now it's 730am and I promised I would get back into my routine. I should be reading my bible, I should be getting ready to run, I should be going out in field service. And I just want to lay on my couch and stare at the wall.
