Willow is a SCP themself, they are basically an undying creature that is impervious to the effects of other SCPs via a plant like naturalization to her environment/the creatures around them.
While being examined and held by the foundation, all she had to do for many years of her formative life there, was read and consume media with the few visits she was allowed from her Uncle and various others with the clearance to visit them. In her time there, she received 3 PHDs.
After Dyō, Jaques, and Willow all escaped into Alagadda, they find that the realm is falling into even further disarray with the fact that the Black Lord has been gone for so long.
Now that Willow has been offered as a gift (Dyō trying to appease the other three lords), she is basically the four lords little pet. It's a running joke that they never get to use their 3 PHDs in their current "job"
