Shoarma with bellpeppers and store-bought pita. I season the meat with curry powder, ginger, coriander, cumin, paprika powder, pepper, salt, cayenne pepper and a little cinnamon. But you can buy pre-seasoned just fine. You can buy garlic sauce, but I love making my friend's recipe (yoghurt mayo, 4 cloves o'garlic, hot sauce, little bit sugar, lemon juice). It sounds like a lot but it is such an easy and quick dish. And such a treat 😁
