His aquatic powers are a reference to the water cycle. Rainy its a bear with a serious and inexpressive personality, due to some small complication during pregnancy, rainy ran through the bad luck of being born blind but his problem was solved when his parents discovered that the little Cub can see in the water, so grumpy chose to create an special glasses made with crystallized water so that rainy can see. From an early age he was very insecure and shy but all his frustrations always expelled them when he came into contact with the water and swam.
Rainy is an Excellent Swimmer and also an Inventor like Grumpy he also possesses a sweet and noble heart like Oopsy. Rainy is just clumsy without his glasses (like me)
The style of rainy clothing is usually strong blue sweaters with beach shorts or sometimes t-shirts with black sleeves and Sometimes Black Stokings with Marine Style Accesories or Some gemstones.
