The continuation of my MQ playthrough.
I don't have much to say about the last two child dungeons, but here it goes.
DC was interesting by the fact that it kept the bomb bag as the last thing you get in the dungeon, making you have to figure out where you're supposed to go with limited flora bomb that are there. I like the reroute essentially making you go through the dungeon in reverse it's simple but effective at making the dungeons feel new.
JB has cow switches and the increase in enemies make the place feel extra hostile. Ruto is used once to open a door and that's it she was relegated to a glorified key.
They really increased the difficulty at getting golden skulltula in dungeons which reinforce my opinion that that quest is not worth finishing just for rupees.
So far the child section is fun but I know I will have a bad time in the forest temple, I already don't like it normally and the fact that I never went farther than it in MQ before tell me that it's not going to be fun.
Until nex time!
