synopsis: after being horribly injured in a car accident, y/n stumbles down the road seeking help. she finds herself at the last place she’d want to be, jj maybanks house. despite their feud, jj offers to help y/n and when she declines out of stubbornness, he refuses to not give her the care she needs.
𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬:
one of my favourite things about this fic in particular is that the main goal isn't to establish a romantic or sexual relationship between y/n and jj. you're able to recognize that the two clearly aren't on the best terms but under the circumstances, they share a mutual understanding of one another. so in that aspect, it's something different and i loved every second of it!
