OpenArena is a free 3D shooter based on the engine of the game "Quake III: Arena" which is a very good alternative for him. What distinguishes OpenArena from the original is primarily the new appearance of the character, weapons, more maps and higher intelligence of bots. I found this #openarena on an #oldpioneer trail est 1917. That's old for Oz. I had the same feeling standing here as inside Cave of the Winds in CO. #timewarp

OpenArena is a free open source game; gameplay is nearly identical to Quake III Arena (competitive first-person shooter with deathmatch, CTF, etc.) There are several active servers with people playing on them.

So if you like competitive FPS action, you should definitely play it.

After installing, it's possible to add a shortcut to your Steam Library. The Steam overlay works!
