These Spicy Crab and Watercress Open Sandwiches are bursting with flavor and make the perfect addition to any party spread. The combination of fresh crabmeat with spicy sriracha, creamy avocado, and crisp watercress creates a delightful culinary experience.
Ingredients: 200g fresh crabmeat. 2 tbsp mayonnaise. 1 tsp sriracha sauce. 1/2 lemon, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 slices of whole grain bread. 1 cup watercress leaves. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced. 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced.
Instructions: Put the crab meat, mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Toast the slices of whole grain bread until they turn golden brown. On each piece of toasted bread, spread the spicy crab mixture out evenly. Apple slices, red onion slices, avocado slices, and cucumber slices should be put on top of each slice. If you want, you can add more lemon juice as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!
