Harry Osborn was the only child of Norman Osborn, the wealthy industrialist who founded OsCorp, and as such lived a privileged life and wanted for nothing. Except perhaps to spend more time with his father who buried himself in his work following the death of Harry’s mother. Harry was a quite a lonely child who did well at school but lacked that vital connection with a parental figure.
He successfully graduated high school and began college. He surprised his father by choosing to move into a dorm room rather than staying in the height of luxury in the family home. But Harry wanted to get away from the Osborn house and actually make friends and connections with other people. One of those friends was Peter Parker, Harry’s new room mate. The two of them became close friends quickly, although Peter’s erratic behaviour and odd time-keeping did pique Harry’s interest.
Harry enjoyed the freedom college gave him but still felt the pressure from his father to one day join the family business and do him proud. Harry worked hard to achieve exemplary marks in order to gain his father’s approval but Harry felt dejected and jealous when his father took a special interest in Peter Parker’s endeavours. Harry tried his best to not let his jealousy ruin his friendship with Peter, since Peter was one of the very people who seemed to like him for being him and not because he was an Osborn. Even so, Harry started to become competitive with his best friend.
Harry is in favour of the Sokovia Accords and he and Peter have discussed them at length. Harry’s suspicions over what Peter gets up to away from their college campus have been growing, especially when he finds a Stark Industries business card with Tony Stark’s contact details on it in among Peter’s things. Just what is Peter up to and why is his father so intent on gaining a new security contract with Secretary of State Thaddeus Ross?

Once imbued with the Green Goblin serum, he possesses superhuman strength, speed, agility, and durability.
Using the Goblin Glider, he can fly and is armed with a variety of weapons.
