oooh how does op. END go?? is irwin part of sector v at this point, and if so, how would an attempted decommissioning affect him? would it also affect his delightfulized self?
At this point of the story, Irwin isn't part of KND officially, he's just a kid who sometimes pops up to help Sector V.
He doesn't even have the "Numbuh 4" codename given by the group (gotta decide when that arrives, but in season 3 for sure), but they know he's called Wally and lives somewhere in town.
So he's just there, in front of Nigel's house when everyone comes back from Moonbase!
They reveal to him what happened as a sign that they trust him completely and finally allow him in the treehouse.
Btw the one being launched is Nigel lol
