THE EASIEST OMELETTE FOR 2 PERSONS YOU'LL NEED 4 big eggs 1 dl high fat milk 1 dl low fat milk 1 big tablespoon creme fraiche 18% 1 big tablespoon butter 1 shallot 1 big tomatoe or 4 cherry tomatoes 1/2 peberfruit 4 small slices of goat cheese 1 avocado 3-6 aspargues Chili flakes HOW YOU DO IT 1. Chop all the vegetables in small pieces 🍅 Then whisk the eggs, milk and creme fraiche together. 2. Cut the goat cheese in small pieces as well, and mix it together with the egg mixture and the vegetables 🔪 Then turn your stove on and put the butter in the pan. 3. Now it's time to be patient! Pour the mixture in the pan, and stir slowly until the it starts to form up a little bit 🍳 Now just let the omelette simmer for 10-14 minutes on low heat. If you have a lid for your pan, put it on to speed up the proces. 4. While you wait for hthe omelette to cook, you can cut out the avocado and give you aspargues a quick fry on another pan. 5. When the omelette is done, just cut it up of you want it, or flip it together like a big taco 🌮 And then just enjoy!
