that movie is trash and the book is even fucking worse. honestly one of the shoddiest pieces of garbage masquerading as literature I’ve ever read in my life. and I’m not even talking about the half-assed excuse for a plot, I mean there were spelling and grammar mistakes that a six year old would be able to spot (God forbid) every 5 or six pages

the movie gave me the Damn Creeps oh my god christian is literally the definition of a controlling/abusive partner. & using the film/books as a way to open up the bdsm community actually made a lot of people angry. they were glad bdsm was being talked about without it being taboo but the film/books painted it as a need to practically own your partner as oppose to it being a mutual agreement. it makes me so mad lmao

MY OPINION ON;

CHARACTER IN GENERAL: I’ll be honest, I have seen a lot of Horror OC’s around and I’ve never understood how they work. Horror movies are a bit difficult at times for characterization, but since following you, I’ve been very intrigued by the concept despite my lack of knowledge. I have a deep long standing love for OCs since I myself have only ever chosen to roleplay OCs simply because I prefer them in many ways to canon muses despite loving seeing people play canon muses. Over all it’s just never been for me. BUT I too adore my OC roleplay partners. They’re all so interesting and I adore seeing them interact with Karter!! So I am very intrigued as of late!HOW THEY PLAY THEM: I haven’t had the chance to see much of your interactions recently, but I’ve gone through some of the other threads on your blog and I’m honestly really interested to see more of Simon. His demeanor is definitely interesting and I am curious as to what he’ll be like when he interacts with Karter. I find myself wondering about how he’d interact in certain situations so I’m definitely hoping to see more of him!THE MUN: We’ve only spoken briefly but you seem very chill, which I honestly appreciate greatly. I’d definitely be open to talking more and plotting if you’re interested. My IM is always open if you’re up for it!
