I need to hit the hay; I’m exhausted! I’ll see you tomorrow after my training day!
I want so obviously, so desperately to be loved, and to be capable of love.

I’m going to be using old icons but LIKE THIS FOR A STARTER
‘ oh, my god ! ‘ joy washes over his face. ‘ it’s — it’s you! i saw some of your posters at the bar in old port. i mean for some of your films, right ? wow. .. this is real. it’s so great to meet you. ‘
@shatteredportrait starter call.
‘ Well aren’t you just an ANGEL ‘ she coos, her eyes twinkling ‘ Did you now? To think that a BAR would advertise my pictures, isn’t that silly? You can sip a drink while my painted MUG stares down at you lovingly! ‘ Of course, being recognized was all a part of the job ‘ What’s your name, darling? or would you like me to guess ‘

“ You see that GENTLEMAN over there? “ she says, lifting glass of amber colored liquid to her lips and taking a sip “ He’s the world’s RICHEST man, some sort of oil tycoon. I heard that he and Howard Hughes have the nastiest exchanges! who knew rich men could be so insecure? “ she quips, eyes studying him from across the smoky nightclub
ask meme: cruel intentions
“My advice is to sleep with as many people as possible.“ “Everybody does it; it’s just that nobody talks about it.“ “You could be a model. It’s too bad you’re not sexy.” “It’s not like you have a husband - unless you’re married to Jesus.“ “Aww, she’s crying. Little baby upset about the big bad book.“ “Who are you spying on? That her?“ “The only thing you’ll be riding is me.“ "People shouldn’t experience the act of love until they are in love." "You spend all your time preaching about waiting for love." "How can someone so charming be so manipulative?" "Keep your legs together. This isn’t Jamaica." "My, what an adorable shirt you’re wearing!" "So, what are you doing in your room?" "Who are you to criticize something you’ve never experienced?" "I didn’t mean to offend you.” “This sure doesn’t taste like an iced tea. ” “He told me loved me, and I believed him." ”“I love you”? My God. You are completely pussy-whipped.“ "What happened to us?" "How do you do it? Where do you get your strength?" "Could you be more queer?" "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer." "I have a reputation to uphold." "Silly rabbit. My triumph isn’t over her. It’s over you." "You’re telling me you had the chance to fuck her and you didn’t?" "Get your ass on the bed and prepare for the fuck of your life." "Now tell me, are you in… or are you out?" "How dare you treat me with such disrespect!" "How is your gold-digging, whore of a mother enjoying Bali?" "Everybody loves me, and I intend to keep it that way." "Jesus Christ, where have you been?" "I hate it when things don’t go my way. It makes me so horny." "Why can’t we be together?" "I don’t trust myself with you." "This isn’t working out for me anymore." "There’s something I have to tell you." "It’s not you. It’s me… I’m completely fucked up.” “I thought I was in love with you but it was just a lie." "I just… I just wanted to see what you were like in bed." "The fact of the matter is, there is someone I love.” “You mean nothing to me!" "You were just a conquest." "That little wager of yours? Count me in." "I’ll give you something you’ve been obsessing about." "You’ve got yourself a bet, baby." "I can’t win with you." "E-mail is for geeks and pedophiles." "God forbid, I exude confidence and enjoy sex." "You’re in love with her, you don’t love me anymore." "Look at yourself, look at what you’ve been reduced to!" "People don’t change overnight. You and I are two of a kind." "I’m willing to take my chances." "Sometimes, I wanna kill myself." "I don’t fuck losers."

She walks along the beach in silence, the full moon shining upon the silky sand, making the whole scene unreal; as if it were some sort of painting or a dream. The lights and sounds of Los Angeles seem so far away to her, muffled, the shimmering lights like tiny boats on a dark sea. She’s alone, dressed in nothing but a silky night gown and dramatic dressing gown to match, her feet bare after she had abandoned her slippers in the sand.
She needed to be RID of it all, she wanted to get AWAY from all of it, the chaotic nature of her fame was like a swirling vortex of flashbulb pops and divorce papers. When she lay her head down at night she dreamed that it swallowed her up, this vortex, and thrashed her around like some sort of Raggedy Ann doll, a limp little doll ripping at it’s seams. She stops and hangs her head, a slender hand coming to up to rest upon her forehead. She drops her hand, straightens up, and turns eyes towards the glassy waves that broke upon the shore. Her expression suddenly turns to that of a sleepwalker and she begins to move towards the water.
She can hear it call to her with each receding wave, it’s voice but a whisper, a tantalizing tingle in her ear. They tell her how easy it would be to take a short swim and forget everything, dunk your head underwater and let the sea pull you down into it’s MURKY depths. She moves closer to the waterline, the waves passing over her feet and wetting the hem of her night gown. She stares into the pitch black darkness of the sea and a distorted face stares back.
She’s knee deep in the water now, moving as if she were in a trance. How far was she going to go? maybe until everything was but a memory fading into blackness.
LONELINESS was tough The toughest role you ever played Hollywood created a SUPERSTAR And pain was the price you PAID

“ well, you don’t have to be so BASHFUL about it “ she says, scolding him with a playful nature “ Who am I making this out to HANDSOME? “ she asks him, flashing that MILLION DOLLAR smile that made GI’s go crazy. She was the proverbial GOLDEN GIRL ( but was she really golden to the core? ) “ I’d hate to sign an autograph to a BOY with no name, it wouldn’t be fitting “
I’m gonna watch a Rita movie but it’d be really Swell if you liked my starter call!
BELOVED ACTRESS DIES FOLLOWING HEALTH PROBLEMS LAST YEAR
March 23rd, 1955
We are saddened to report that Hollywood’s most beloved superstar, Diana Walker, entered into immortality yesterday evening at 11:30 PM. She died at her Beverly Hills home from health complications following a miscarriage she had after a near fatal car crash the previous year which forced her to postpone the filming of her latest picture, Sadie. She is survived by two ex-husbands; James Vance & Danny O‘Connor, her daughter Eva, her most recent husband, and her mother and two sisters. She leaves behind a legacy of sixteen years in the film industry, her career sky rocketed in 1938 after she appeared in Dangerous Woman along side Clark Gable. A viewing of her body will be open to the public at the Hollywood Forever funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 PM til 5:30 PM. A private viewing and ceremony will be held the following day and will only be open to invited guests. Miss Walker’s family asks that you do not take photos of her body and that you send all flowers and mementos to her private residence. We mourn the loss of one of Tinsel Town’s greatest and offer her bereaved family and friends our condolences.
