I don't even remember the last time I checked my weight was. 

But that's fine actually.

I'm really happy with losing all of this body fat.

Maybe this will be the first summer where I'm not so embarrassed or anxious to have my shirt off in public!

If you don't complain about things that bother you or upset you, you end up focusing on more important things. 

When this happens you avoid feeling bad and you can enjoy life and the more important things that actually make you happy.

Some self reflection : I'm coming to find that the biggest downfall to my personality is my neediness.  I never do it intentionally It's just that in certain situations I like to have answers, immediate ones. And when I don't get them I'll push until I can't anymore until I do or am simply forced to give up. And in turn this comes off as needy, because not everybody works like me, sometimes people need space before they can talk/do things.  This is definitely something I need to work on, patience is a virtue.
