And as we consume this drink, this green faerie, the drink of esteemed authors, artists, and intellectuals, the drink of Charles Baudelaire, Vincent Van Gogh, Oscar Wilde, Pablo Picasso, and of course our dear fellow American, Earnest Hemingway, we drink to the greatness of man (and woman) -kind, the greatness of human ingenuity, the greatness of freedom, and the greatness of our nation.
