We elderly folks don't feel #valued at all. I am going out trying to empower people to tell their stories after the 2 miscarriages in the UK. My mother's sacrifices will not be in vain. 152 As I approach my 20th birthday cause I’m becoming old, I’ve been doing some thinking. I spend my time wasting time considering what I don’t like about myself such as how I’m heavier than I’d like to be rather than the things I am such as strong and caring. I thought I’d post this picture in hopes that perhaps a few can identify with it & modify the way they think about themselves. I think a fair few people need to stop focusing on the bad & look for the good instead :)
