Gah. Object permanence is hard. Cycling back home from dropping car at auto electrician this morning, and see some of the noxious weed papyrus that isn't useful papyrus. And head goes 'Oh, that's no good for papyrus, but that's ok, we saw the really good papyrus thats proper egyptian stuff growing in my back yard the other day, and it was six foot tall and will make really nice papyrus sheets.'

And I was happy for about a minute, thinking thoughts of papyrus. And then I was sad, because the ‘I don't have proper object permance thing’ in my head reminded itself to function right, and reminded me that I only _dreamed_ I had proper papyrus in my yard, and I can't harvest dream papyrus and use it in the actual solid things I can hold in my hand world.

I seem to have just made plans to hangout with my friend. she clearly wanted to and I didn't feel like coming up with some excuse to explain that I am lazy and would almost always rather be sitting in my dorm on tumblr. I do want to see her dorm and her I just am always skeptical about doing things because I am paranoid about the many things that could go wrong
