So yknow about that cute little TikTok trend/theory that your spots are where your soulmate used to kiss you most in your past life?
I've been thinking... Why not that but make it selfship?
"Your spots are the places that your f/o kisses your s/i the most."
Maybe you're s typically clumsy and tends to trip or fall, and F/O kisses your scraped knees every time, and that's why you have a spot on your knee.
Maybe your F/O is just trying to be respectful gentleman, placing kisses to your hand reverently everytime they see you, so that's the reason on why you have a spot on the back of your hand.
Or maybe they just can't wait to kiss you, they miss you so much after a long day that they pepper kisses all over your face: jaw, chin, cheek, nose.....
No matter what spots you may have, take some time to imagine how and why your F/O likes to kiss you there.

I wanna write a little something for remus' birthday tomorrow and my mind is blank
Anyone feel free to send me some prompts or themes, trope etc.
(disclaimer -- no guarantees I'll be able to use it tho... But if so, I can gift you if you want)
Taking inspiration is absolutely fine. Hell, if I wrote something that inspired you to create your own original work, that’s wonderful! I genuinely love love to see it.
However. Mimicking someone’s style is not.
Copying the little facets of the personality a writer puts into their writing, flaws and all, is hurtful.
Using tags that reference the name of a writers fic isn’t crediting them, it’s hurtful.
Changing the syntax of lines a writer has written slightly, or adding a single adjective so it’s not straight up word for word plagiarism, is hurtful.
Reviewing a blog like it’s your own personal fic shopping cart, that you can pick and choose the bits you like and insert them into your own fics, is hurtful.
I promise you will enjoy writing so much more when you lean into your own original style.
Please stop imitating mine.
Everyone likes my posts about fanfiction but my AO3 inbox is home dry :(
if I was a cryptid, what would I be and why? 🖤
