I've been having a bunch of bad days lately and I just retreat and detach myself from the world and everyone around me but I know that's not a good way to deal with it. And every time this happens the people I leave behind are more and more because I feel guilty for not replying and I don't know how to apologize for it. Like 'Sorry for not replying I was feeling like crap for like, ages' except I'm too proud to say I've been feeling like crap.
