Another thing I noticed in my 911 rewatch. The cement microwave scene? The pause between Buck diving in and Eddie following him? He was quite literally following him. I mean Buck jumping in seems so quick that it’s just instinct but Eddie almost goes “oh shit -wait Buck”. I know it’s just another call but it’s also minutes after the “you could have my back” thing so.
