ASAP already had a thought out plan since before they picked up the children. 

Before ASAP ever left the warehouse, the children were long gone. Transported by guards for hours through long pathways , followed by identical cars installed with signal blockers, just in case a guard’s cell phone was rigged or he was wearing a locator.  The main car was followed by identical cars. But the identical cars going would eventually go in different directions just in case they were being followed. The children we’re then delivered to a connect ASAP entrusted. All cars were then changed on the way back. Nothing was being chanced. ASAP communicated to them the importance of keeping the children’s whereabouts a secret, and the connect agreed to guard them with everything in him. The connect was given very clear instructions regarding the children. The connect keeps the children in a disclosed area, with walls that block out all signal of any sort just in case an informant tried to call in on the them. The children were safe, but all members of ASAP were elsewhere with even more plots in the works.
