First time ever making candied orange peel. Had to wing it a little (didn't have enough sugar, really) but it smells amazing and I think it turned out okay. It has to dry for a day or two before packing up. But we now also have orange syrup aaaaaaand fresh squeezed orange juice! SOMEONE BRING ME SOME SPRITE FOR THIS SYRUP, YO!!
