Warning the following tekst is spoiler sensetive and due to English not being my first langauge, it is also full of typos and grammar mistakes.

So in the season finale of this we find once again some symbolic stuff.

One of this is not only the red apple but also the orange lilys in Bums hospital. Meaning the danger is far from being over.

In western flower language , the orange lillies mean wealth, pride and good fortune. However in asian flower langauge the orange lillys represent hatred and or revenge.

Sangwoo might be behind bars, but will be there forever? And Bum has been getting fucked up too...
