Basis:

Hinata is a college drop out, living the rockstar lifestyle, minus the band. Spending all their money on booze and drugs, their life is spiraling out of control. Naruto is hard working, they didn’t go to college because they couldn’t afford it but they make the most of what they have, working a nine to five, six days a week job. Naruto’s friends convince them to go for a night out in one of the clubs down town, hoping they might find a potential love interest. Bumping into Naruto, Hinata is infatuated from first sight. After spending the night together, Naruto knows this wouldn’t be an ideal relationship but wants to remain friends, from that moment on Hinata tries to turn their life around and prove that they’re the person Naruto has wanted all along.

Hinata had been looking for an actual job for the last week. It seemed impossible. She sighs. The dark haired girl had also been sober for the last week. It was hard for her because when she was sober all that happened was she thought about how she was tosse to the side by her family because she wasn’t good enough and himwari was better at everything. she gave up trying when they told her to stop coming to holidays. 

She stares at the piles of resumes and forms in frount of her. Why did i let myself sink so low? I used to be the goody two-shoes girl that fucking had perfect grades. I used to have life together. She feels frustration build up and she kicks the coffe table, causing the papers to fall. Sakura runs in, thrinking something bad happened, sighing in relief. 

“You are really trying to change for this guy?”The pink haired woman hums, leaning against the wall. “How are you doing? Last time you were sober this long your depression peaked..”

Hinata sighs. “Im doing.. fine. Trying to distract myself” She mummbles, looking at the papers. Sakura grabs her lavander eyed friend and pulls her off the couch. “Cmon im taking you to get ramen. It’s my treat. let’s see if you can beat your record of eating 46 bowls at ichiraku (thats cannon, hinata can eat more than naruto.) It’ll be a nice break” Sakura hums

Hinata smiles softly, nodding as she follows the green eyed woman. When they get to ichiraku ramen Teuchi Greets them happily. “Usual hinata?” He hums as she sits down with sakura. “Yup! and keep it coming i’m having her try to beat her record here!” Sakura giggles. 

Hinata tunes them up, noticing a familiar orange blazer. “Naruto! what are you doing here?” she hums, getting the blonde’s attention
