This Mulled Orange Mimosa is a delicious take on the traditional mimosa. It has the warmth of mulled spices, the freshness of orange juice, and the fizz of champagne. Ideal for brunch or any other celebration.
Ingredients: 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine. 1 cup orange juice. 1/4 cup honey. 2 cinnamon sticks. 4 cloves. 1 orange, sliced for garnish.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine orange juice, honey, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Strain the mixture to remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves. Pour about 1 ounce of the orange mixture into each champagne flute. Top off each flute with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with a slice of orange. Serve immediately and enjoy!
