Having some thoughts abt a main 5 camping trip (totally cause I'm not camping with my friend group rn) and wanted to hear your possible ideas on the matter >:]

Ooooo fuck yeah let’s see how much of this I can crank out on break bc I absolutely have thots. (Orangejacking this ask btw bc we all know I default to the OrangeJuiceVerse hehe)

Camping for this gang is one of those things that’s way more kickass in idea than in execution. Obviously Stan is the one who’s allll over it, stoked for time in the outdoors, seein some nature, hiking, swimming in a lake, stargazing. Kyle is initially sold on the idea because Stan romanticizes the fuck out of it, and he wants so badly to have a good time but bro is NOT lmfao. Cartman bitches and moans through the duration, except for a brief moment of enjoyment for him when he’s throwing shit in the bonfire. Kenny, being the Chill Guy that he is, is an unbothered king. Marj is having a pretty good time too, drawing from her scouts days and also fucking shit up with Cartman.

No cell service. This is an issue for Kyle and Cartman in particular, Kyle because his emergency plans have emergency plans and he NEEDS to be able to reach the outside world in case Something Happens (he just like me fr ocd king) and Cartman because he cannot go a day without AO3 (he also just like me fr). Stan relishes the opportunity to disconnect and Marjorine is generally optimistic, Kenny grew up with his phone out of service from unpaid bills half the time anyway.

Kyle, oh, poor Kyle. He wants to think he isn’t as high maintenance as he is, but that is an Inside Boy. He misses air conditioning and video games and peeing in an actual bathroom. He’s sweating sunscreen into his eyes and getting eaten up by mosquitoes and only has Cartman to commiserate about this with. Stan is obliviously being Brother Nature and he’s happily taking charge of setting up the tent and Kyle is so determined not to ruin this for him but he’s soooo miserable lmfao. Swimming is the high point for him and even then the murky lake makes him nervous. He eats too many s’mores and has to adjust his insulin and that pisses him off. It’s too hot to cuddle in the tent. He tweaks his bad knee hiking and nearly throws hands with Cartman for accusing him of faking so he doesn’t have to help break camp. (A redeeming factor to that afternoon was the resulting Style Carry™️ (c’mon it’s me I’m gonna sneak one in there)) Kyle never tells Stan how much he hated that trip lmfao he’s taking that to his GRAVE bc bro will not admit to himself that he’s that much of a Camping Hater.

Other than the mosquito factor, the time around the campfire, telling stories and shooting the shit is a good time. Everyone’s ready for a shower and some space by the end of the trip though

OrangeJuiceVerse has fully taken over my brain. I was at bar trivia tonight with the gang (bc it’s Thursday where the hell else would we be) and there was a group of four guys whose team name was “Moose” and my mind completely OrangeJacked their entire situation.

Hey remember that time when I wrote a feverish Kyle screaming at Stan to change his clothes bc he’d picked them up mac n cheese from a barbecue place and Kyle lost it because all his sick brain could compute was that his vegetarian husband isn’t supposed to smell like meat because I still think that was very iconic and humorous of me

1st year of college OrangeJuiceVerse when the main5 are all living in the same house EVERYONE is stealin Stan’s clothes. Kyle most of all of course, but Stan is such a Dad™️ that Kenny’s acquired hoodies when he’s cold that he’s absolutely swimming in, Marj is tall enough that they’re not too long but too wide everywhere else, and Cartman’s a good deal shorter than Stan so the shirts he steals out of spite technically fit him okay but are definitely tight across the chest and belly. Worth noting that Cartman bitches endlessly about Stan’s lack of style and only participates in the Stolen Clothing Acquisition because he refuses to be left out. Stan has no idea how more hoodies than he could have possibly worn that week always end up in the wash.

One of the many things I love about OrangeJuiceVerse Kyle Broflovski is that he gets godawful road rage and hates driving bc it pisses him off so he rides a bike to avoid it, but then he also has arthritis in his knee that makes riding a bike hell 💀
