But seven days later, as the Orcs made their last assault and had already broken through the stockade, there came suddenly a music of trumpets, and Caranthir with his host came down from the north and drove the Orcs into the rivers. ~ The Silmarillion, Chapter 17 (The rescue of the Haladin by Ladyoftheflower, deviantART)
And Gwindor told him that as he lay and lurked among the trees he saw a great company of Orcs passing northwards, and wolves went with them; and among them was a Man, whose hands were chained, and they drove him onward with whips. 'Very tall he was', said Gwindor, 'as tall as are the Men from the misty hills of Hithlum.' Then Beleg told him of his own errand in Taur-nu-Fuin; and Gwindor sought to dissuade him from his quest, saying that he would but join Túrin in the anguish that awaited him. But Beleg would not abandon Túrin, and despairing himself he aroused hope again in Gwindor's heart; and together they went on, following the Orcs until they came out of the forest on the high slopes that ran down to the barren dunes of Anfauglith. There within sight of the peaks of Thangorodrim the Orcs made their encampment in a bare dell as the light of day was failing, and setting wolf-sentinels all about they fell to carousing. A great storm rode up out of the west, and lightning glittered on the Shadowy Mountains far away, as Beleg and Gwindor crept towards the dell. ~ The Silmarillion, Chapter 21

Orc Attack: Flatulent Rebellion Trailer
There's a lot of emphasis on farting in the trailer. Rest assured the game smells pretty foul as a whole...

Another button mashing combat game...bah! Humbug! Sorry, I forgot it isn't Christmas yet.
This is a game from the school of thought that goes thus: 'If it's a co-op game it doesn't matter if it's bland and stupid. People will just enjoy hanging out and fighting together with their friends'. Wrong! I'd much rather play a good game with my friends than a crap one. And this is a crap one.
The game starts as it means to go on, telling you to bash the X button repeatedly for light attacks and it never really progresses much beyond that. There's some magic attacks but these are wholly ineffectual and waste time when you could be mashing the attack buttons. There's RPG elements too with different weapons and skill points but when it's so boring and repetitive to play, why bother?
To add insult to injury, this is a rather ugly game. No, that's not because I hate orcs, I simply mean the overall art style and graphics are just nasty. Some might enjoy them; but personally I found it as aesthetically pleasing as the poo stains on the walls of a monkey house.
Like it:
Orcs get first billing.
Nice to play as the evil, yet not evil side.
Four player co-op.
Loathe it:
Camera wanders around all over the place and you can't control it.
Ugly graphics and chugging frame rate.
Die and you have to replay the whole level.
Mini-challenges that involve frantically waggling the right stick take far too long.
Rapidly turns into a confusing mess with more than one player involved.
Worth a purchase?: This has clearly been designed as a co-op game but that doesn't excuse the fact that it's boring, shallow, looks and runs terribly and generally isn't any fun.
£6.75 isn't much but there's really not enough entertainment value here, even for that small sum.
In short; this game sucks.
