So long. If anyone asks for me, I am joining the war against humanity on the side of the Orcas
We’ve all been talking about the orcas targeting yachts and joking that the ocean is fighting back, but according to marine mammal experts, like the one in this video, the likely explanation is that it’s mainly juveniles doing it because it’s FUN. In other words, it’s like a gang of teenagers going cow-tipping.
my newest conspiracy theory is some hero looked at sea world and was like i can train them to attack boats
Orca Dialects: The Hidden Clue Behind Killer Whale Attacks on Boats? Video
My mom thought of this and I think she is on to something. I'm also sure there's actual study into it somewhere. But I'd like to just write it out and see.
So whales were reported to be less depressed during 2020 because there were no airplanes and boats or at least a lot less and they weren't being disrupted. Have we considered the reason orcas are attacking is because of that and because the noise is back? How old are the orcas that are attacking? I know some are being taught by older adults, but if a lot of them are younger... Don't you think the youth of these animals would be angry that this noise and vibration that wasn't there while they are still growing up might be affecting them?
If anyone has more info on this or has any actual science to back this up I'd love to hear it!
