i have thought about this so much and. okay. im pretty neutral on keeping or getting rid of the boogeyman. i think it’s a fun little rule to spice things up even if most people kill outside their alliances anyways. and okay this is really just an old rule BUT. i NEED reds to be able to team up with yellows and greens. i think the thing that made LL so tragic in comparison to 3L was that no matter how many lives you started with, there was no real sense of winning, because in the end you WOULD have to betray your allies no matter what. like the only LL duo that could even begin to touch the 3L duos was bdubs and etho and guess what!! they stayed together even when bdubs went red!! multiple times!! etho was getting lives left and right to keep bdubs as his friend and thats the good shit. i think that rule actually worked against them for the most part. i mean look at grian getting exiled from the southlands. that was literally HIS group that HE started. and he got kicked out because he turned red. it just sucks and i think it was better when reds could ally with anyone. 

PLUS like. the whole thing where ren strategically went red so he could defend dogwarts??? fucking god tier.

Perhaps a strange question, but with the lore of untitled being a safe haven, is there a particular in lore method for how new members get added to the server? Just very curious about the lore after watching a couple videos and reading bits and bobs

Oh!!! Hi I'm the lore man and I'd be delighted to answer this ;]

I'm going to guess you have read at least the carrd, as that contains the basics. So I'll skip over that, and I'll try to explain information that isn't publicly available here.

The method of which players have been "canonically" invited vary between the seasons, and I'll briefly explain both.

In the first world the group of Untitled stayed in, a world refered to as world 0 in canon (we usually either call it s0 or "the one before s1" lol, it can be confusing but I'll explain what's up with that here), players were directly searched and invited by the admin of the server, Ollie. World 0 ended up being too unstable and in canon a lot of players left because of distrust, and so in World 1 (s1) Ollie had to go searching yet again for players in need of refuge.

World 1 was much better of a success safety wise, a lot more stable, but they couldn't stay there for TOO long or else that world too would experience issues. This leads to World 2.

This time, it wasn't just Ollie who would be in search of players, but the rest of the members could too.

You may be wondering how they knew where to find members in the first place, and, not getting into much detail, before s0 the admin had gotten ahold of some records belonging to an Unknown which contained "Blacklisted Players" who were being searched and contained information such as where they were last seen, and they still use that list to look for players to this day! Of course searching on their own was hard, so now that they have a bigger list of players they trust, other members could search too.

And lastly, how will the new members be added this time? Unlike before, this addition of players isn't happening while the players of Untitled are moving worlds, so how do they get it? Well, I can't say how exactly yet, as it will be done different, and it will spoil a surprise happening soon, so all I can really say is, you will have to see soon ;D

Sorry for the anticlimactic ending haha, but thanks for asking! I rarely get asked about the lore itself and it's very fun to talk about it!!! I know a lot of information about the lore for Untitled is a bit messy as a lot of things have gotten retconned, but I've been thinking of ways to be able to tell it's story through other ways than dumping information like I am now, and I really hope to start getting things going soon! This server isn't really composed of many cc's and we're usually really casual about it, so I hope you understand why it's been a bit hard to get things going currently :]
