This is the Lyric Video for my original song Safe Haven. <3

It was the last song I wrote for a project under the working title "To Wrong And Be Wronged" last year. There are all in all 13 songs that I want to share with you one at a time. Don't be scared - covers will also be released regularly (hopefully).

I began writing Safe Haven a few days before the release concert for my bands EP "Fiction" last year. We planned on having some guest musicians with us that day, but two of them cancelled and we didn't know how we should play. In the midst of angst and distress I wrote a note in my phone: "Even if the whole world falls apart, I will stay right next to you, head held high." This was the beginning of the writing process.

In late July my partner (in music and in life) and I celebrated our ten year anniversary. We were on a train and I sat there next to him and wrote down the lyrics for the entire chorus in an instant. So the song came to life.

It got a special place in my heart, so please give it a thumbs up and let me know in the comments what you think about it.
