~OREO FUDGE BROWNIES~

(Recipe)

INGREDIENTS:

200 grams sugar 100 grams butter 2 large eggs 45 grams cocoa powder 100 grams flour ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk 90 ml water 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ teaspoon salt

*frosting 3 tablespoons butter, softened 2 tablespoons cocoa powder ¼ cup fresh milk 4-5 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

*topping oreo powder confectioners’ sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven for 15 minutes (170°).

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Remove from the heat; cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until blended. Then, add the melted butter and stir until thickened. Combine cocoa powder, flour, sweetened condensed milk, water, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture. Add vanilla extract and stir until well blended.

Spread into a greased baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes (170°).

To make frosting: In a large bowl, cream butter and confectioners’ sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in cocoa powder and vanilla extract. Add enough milk until the frosting achieves spreading consistency. Spread over warm brownies.

Sow the brownies with oreo powder and confectioners’ sugar. Let cool completely.
