Clean desk or organized mess? Clean desk is my aspiration, but in reality it’s more of an organized mess
Music or no music? What type? Depends - usually when I’m working on something, it can be whatever. When I’m reading or studying, I need quiet.
Name top 3 worst distractions. Social media, food, my bunny

Currently making a list for my 2016 edition of "Top Apps for Productivity and Organization". I've got a solid 10 that aren't included in last year's edition, but wondering if there are any that people are particularly curious about..?
14/100 | Monday February 9 2016 | Tips
A much requested question! I answered it a bit differently this time - it is intended to be read in order, like a script. I wanted to be direct, but also calming. Let me know if it works?? I 100% stand by every thing I’ve written here, because I just did it recently and it worked for me. #Honest
If you want to know how to be more creative, quick, think more critically or just know more, I’ve got some tips for that too for a separate post. Let me know if that interests you : )
13/100 | Sunday February 7 2016 | Notes One of my goals of 2016 was to read more articles (and actually RETAIN that information). As much as I really, reallllly want to be efficient and practical by keeping everything on my laptop, I miss writing and I miss drawing out the processes I think are happening. So far I am definitely reading more, still have to test whether I retain it. Right now, my research is heading towards looking at cholesterol instead of just triglycerides, so I'm starting to read up on it so I can start designing some experiments.
The worst part about being a studyblr scientist is that your most productive days can’t be captured by cute and carefully curated photos cause you work in a PC2 lab and are trying to not contaminate everything you’re working on.
Sigh.
12/100 | Friday January 29 2016 | Work Started work in the lab at 7am this morning! Today is the last day of trial 2 of a collaboration with the transplant lab and chemistry lab - we're testing the efficiency of novel fluorescent redox probes in sensing 4 sources of oxidative stress in primary hepatocytes from control mice. It's not really my area of interest but hey, if it gets my name on a paper.....! P.S. This is where I do my research! It's the Charles Perkins Centre for Obesity, Diabetes and Cardiovascular Research in Sydney. Isn't it beautiful?
