I don’t know what kind of class you’re taking, but for all my college courses I go online and buy the last year’s edition. Like if they ask you to buy the tenth edition, buy the ninth instead. Same book, way cheaper. Hopefully you can use that trick.

i dont think i can sadly because i need online access codes and it looks like they need to come from the newest edition. thank you though!

I was told I need $12000 worth of dental work (no insurance) and I know it sucks, I'm operating on prayer that I can come up with it before my front teeth fall out like they said they might, yikes. But I do have a tip. The dental centers at universities are usually really cheap. I get my teeth cleaned for $5 at the one near me. If you need a special cleaning, they might be able to work with you. They've really helped me and given referrals to cheap clinics so I suggest calling around. Good luck!

Thank you for your suggestion. Trying to find cheaper alternatives at dental schools and universities is something I have looked into. Unfortunately I live in an armpit ~city town~ in Texas and there is not university or dental school within even an hour of me and I don't have transportation. The local free/discount clinic does not do dental procedures, they only provide meds for pain. I really wish this were an option for me though.

I always buy the last edition instead of the suggested one. Three semesters and three schools in and this hasn't been a problem yet. But I do suggest emailing your professor and asking just in case.

Thank you! I found the book I need for this class for $13 when it's normally $136.95. I didn't know if I would be pulling a smart move or a dumb one ordering it. Again, thank you for helping me out!
