GIFTED // GRAZING PLATTER: Crispibreads and Crackers from Orgran Foods @orgranfoods which is available from Coles @colessupermarkets and Woolworths @woolworths_au supermarkets. First time putting together a grazing platter and it made me appreciate the art of setting up beautiful grazing platters much more. Enjoyed the quinoa crackers and corn crispibreads- healthy snacks which is allergen-free. The beetroot and turmeric crackers were pretty with their colours. So you probably misread the title of the post first time round, that’s not a typo. I just wanted to talk a little about the brand Orgran and it’s products.

I’m egg and lactose intolerant, my sister is anaphylactic to peanuts, and multiple members of my family are gluten intolerant. I’m not asking for sympathy but I’m hoping it will put some things into perspective.

Orgran is an Australian company that specialises in products for people like me, all their products boast being Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Egg, Yeast and GMO Free and Vegan Friendly. They also have a range for products that are made without onion, garlic, fructose and pea flour (FODMAP)

I constantly use their flours for baking, and they’ve got an egg replacement powder that’s brilliant for baking. They’ve got pastas, crackers, breadcrumbs, cake and bread mixes, you name it.

This brand has been a literal life saver and is found in so many countries internationally. If you have a chance to go check it out...
