Favorite Scene:

Axel and Xion confrontation in KH: 358/2 Days

This scene killed 12 year old me. It still gets me now. The emotions and voice acting in this scene were so good.

Day IV

Favorite Weapon:

Lea/Axel's Chakrams

I went with these instead of his Keyblade because these were one of the things I loved about his character. (plus, the Keyblade is what he uses when he's Lea and when he's no longer part of the Organization so I didn't think it would count anyway.)

One of my favorite things in KH3 was finding out that he could still technically use these when he was fighting Saïx (they were more rings of flames but it still mimicked his fighting style when he used to have them)

Day III

Favorite Boss Fight:

Saïx boss fight in KH3

It was a choice of two in this one: either Axel's boss fight in the beginning KH2, or this one. I went with this one because I LOVED seeing Saïx's Berserk mode in this game, I loved that it was Kairi and Lea fighting him in the first part, I loved when Roxas and Xion joined the battle (I cried) and the cutscene that came after defeating him just made me a complete mess.

He’s always been my favorite since I played KH2 in 2006. (I had always loved Reno as well from FFVII when I watched my Stepdad play it in 2004 xD )

Organization XIII Week Day VI ➝ Emotions  Axel’s “Death”

So, as Kingdom Hearts was my first game playing experience, I didn’t understand the importance of the side games.  I jumped straight from Kingdom Hearts to Kingdom Hearts II without playing any of the games that might help the story line make sense.  My friend kept telling me how horrible it was that some dude named Axel dies.  I kept brushing her off because I didn’t know who he was, I didn’t give a damn.  As I was playing, and I got to this battle, I knew what was going to happen and I didn’t care.  Then the moment comes and I start crying because some stranger, who had just been trying to whoop my ass a few minutes earlier, was saying such meaningful last words about his best friend.
